URBAN CONNECTicut is an emerging  group of individuals with a mixture of  self-identities from a broad range of social, paid, and professional locations. We come together at the intersection of equity (broadly interpreted ), and methodology(co-creatively  framed), to advance evolutionary and transformative change.  Participants  bring their  perspectives from community, higher education, the nonprofit sector, civic space, philanthropy, and more. We are generating  URBAN CONNECTicut  to experience ways of being, old and new, that are deserving of greater voice and space, which we may not find in other areas of our lives. Together, we desire to be in relation in ways that strengthen our own sense of what can be in the world.  We are about embodying equity and change,  supporting each other’s strengths, and eliciting authenticity through our work and engagement with each other.
